Service providers and subprocessors

Noble Base, Inc. uses the following providers for the purposes described below. A provider's role depends on the processing: some functions are performed on our behalf, while payment processing and a data provider's independent source collection may have separate legal roles.

We email affected customers at least 15 days before a new or replacement subprocessor starts handling their Customer Personal Data, and update this list. The email explains the purpose, planned start date, and how to raise concerns. No separate affirmative approval is required; the DPA describes the objection process.

Versium — enrichment and prospect generation

Processes matching identifiers from customer uploads and audience criteria, and supplies appended attributes and prospect records. The service uses a signed reseller agreement. Versium's independent source collection is distinct from our handling of a customer's request.

Anthropic — AI generation

Processes audience and cohort measures, benchmarks, business context, selected categories or labels, audience and file names, and previous generated content as needed for synthesis, playbooks, and strategies. Customer-provided text can contain personal information. We use its API; this list does not promise zero retention or that every prompt is anonymous.

Render — application hosting

Hosts the web application, background processing, database, and job infrastructure. Processes service data and operational records required to run Astrolabe.

Cloudflare R2 — file storage

Stores uploaded files, generated documents, and other attachments used by the service. Application access controls and the relevant retention windows govern customer access.

Stripe — payments and subscriptions

Processes payment details, billing contacts, subscription and invoice information, and payment status. Stripe may also process information for its own legal, fraud-prevention, and financial-service obligations.

Mailtrap — transactional email

Processes recipient addresses and service-message content, including account, billing, and result notifications. Result notifications link back to authenticated Astrolabe pages. Email and delivery records have their own retention arrangements.

Honeybadger — error monitoring

Processes error messages and diagnostic context to investigate failures. Diagnostic context can include customer-provided text.

Sumo Logic — configured operational log destination

Sumo Logic is configured as a hosting log-forwarding destination. If logs are delivered through that configuration, they can include service events, errors, and customer-provided text. This entry identifies the configured destination; it does not represent that delivery is active for every service.

Processing locations and questions

Astrolabe is operated from the United States. Providers may process information in other countries. Contact us for the contractual entity, processing-location information, or transfer arrangements relevant to your use. We do not claim that every provider processes all information exclusively in the United States.
