Customer list handling
Uploaded customer lists are scoped to your organization. We use them to perform requested enrichment and reporting tasks, and to maintain upload history, retention trends, and exports. Avoid uploading sensitive data that is not needed for audience intelligence.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, upload, report, billing, and log data for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and support audits. Account owners can contact us to request deletion or export of organization data.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so account owners should also manage team access carefully and use strong credentials.
